Human Resource Management & Development

The Human Resource Management is Division mandated is to provide personnel policy advice to the authorized officer. This is done in line with policy guidelines issued by the Ministry of State for Public Service and the Public Service Commission of Kenya. The division is also charged with capacity building in the ministry, ensuring the gaps in the training needs are filled and the skills which are developed cope with the emerging technology.
