Central Planning and Projects Monitoring Unit (CPPMU)

Central Planning and Projects Monitoring Unit(CPPMU) is responsible to the Permanent Secretary on economic policy advice, statistical matters, regional economic integration and joint commissions for Cooperation, Projects Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), coordination of implementation of Medium Term Plans (MTP) of Kenya Vision 2030, coordination of preparation of ministry strategic plan in line with guidelines issued by the Ministry of State for Planning National Development and Vision 2030, coordination of ministerial performance contracting matters and roll out of International Standards for Organization (ISO) 9001:2008. It also provides the desk for cross cutting issues such as gender mainstreaming among others.
