During her recent visit to Nanyuki Probation Station in Laikipia County on 3rd October 2023, the State Department’s Principal Secretary Ms. Salome M. She acknowledged the importance of building partnerships and urged that the same be replicated to other correctional institutions to enhance efficient and effective service delivery. The PS reiterated on the need for teamwork as this will increase the achievement of the targeted plans for the State Department. “We must work together to seize the moment and move quickly so that the momentum is not lost,” Ms. Beacco said. She urged the officers to work extra hard to ensure the department is a correctional service of excellence. “We have all been called to duty, to offer service to this great Nation. I urge that we serve with humility, honesty, and dedication. The work that you perform is of importance to the Country,” the PS encouraged. Edited by Humphrey Young Photo by Patrick Ambani
